How we are paid

The firm you are introduced to pays us a fee. There is no charge to you at any point, even if the deck goes ahead.

The figures here are typical UK fitted prices taken from published price lists and rechecked from time to time. Use them to set a budget; the firm's own price after a visit is the one that counts. The planning notes are general. Bradford Council's planning team has the final word on any particular house.
